I got my favorite stylist again, Kate! I asked for comfortable clothes that weren't too tight since I still had a little extra winter layer left over from pregnancy if you know what I mean.
I was excited to see a little pop of color in with my usual dull boring colors that I love. And patterns are always fun to play around with because I almost never pick them out in the stores.
Liverpool - Collen Straight Leg Jean: $78
Let the terribly blurry, dusty mirror pics begin! So I've never been one to wear anything other than low rise jeans...like ever. But let me tell you, mid-rise jeans are a women's best friend after a baby. It hides a lot of "stuff" and sorta holds your belly back to where it used to be! You can stuff a lot into them and no one would ever know what you were hiding underneath *wink wink* So between that and the fact that these were long and comfy I couldn't pass up the opportunity to buy my first pair of mid-risers!

Loveappella - Ginger Quilted Shoulder Knit Top: $54
I sometimes love color block and sometimes I don't. I thought this shirt accentuated my shoulders a little more than I like, but I really loved these colors and textures together. I tried this shirt on multiple times and thought I loved it and would wear it all the time. So in hindsight I did keep this shirt, but after multiple attempts to wear it, I just to found myself hanging it back up with the tags still on. So I decided to sell it to someone that would love it more than I did.

RD Style - Keira 3/4 Sleeve Split Back Knit Top: $48
Although not super flattering from the front I love the fun open back concept! This top is comfy and super functional when it comes to breastfeeding! It's like a stylish top and nursing cover built in to one. Genius!

Skies are Blue - Caine Fringe Open Cardigan: $54
This is probably one of the softest cardigans I have ever felt. Even though this had sort of a tribal print feel to it, which I'm not a huge fan, it was more of a simplistic design that didn't have all the crazy colors. I tried it on and immediately said "this is one of my favorite Stitch Fix pieces!" I have probably worn this out by now but am still 100% in love with it.

Papermoon - Carlito Dolman Knit Top: $38
I love dolman tops and probably own more than I should, which Kate probably knows by now. But since I asked for comfy tops that hide some postpartum flub, it's not a surprise to have gotten this in my fix! I loved the color because I don't own anything remotely close to it, but unfortunately it was way too big and falling off my shoulders. I also didn't like how thin it was. Would definitely need a layer underneath at all times. I did end up keeping this top just to get the discount but sold it as soon as I could to get my money back on it.
Status: Kept for discount
